Meet Veronica

After working for 15 years in corporate America struggling with stress, anxiety, and burnout, I learned the importance of both movement and stillness as gateways towards greater inner peace, being present, and personal expansion.

I felt called to share the transformative tools that have helped me on my healing journey: Adventure, breathwork, nature, self-reflection, and creative expression.

Movement and Adventure: My life passions are movement and adventure—I view movement as medicine for the mind and soul, and as an active meditation. I am passionate about yoga, hiking, surfing, cycling, weightlifting, and running, all as a way of connecting with myself and the world around me. I practice yoga daily for the past 8 years, with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification. 

Breathwork: I am a Certified Breathwork facilitator, with a focus on Conscious Connected Breathing—a powerful technique that helps us release negative emotions, anxiety, and stuck energy, and opens the door to connect more deeply with our higher selves.

Solo Travel: I have lived in 7 countries and traveled to over 65, many of them solo. I also serve as a solo travel mentor and coach to women who may have dreamed of traveling the world solo but desire support in doing so.

Creative Expression: I have been a poet for over 20 years, and help others find their inner voice via creative expression and play. Currently sharing my work on Instagram: @vero.poetry
