Solo Travel Mentoring

Having lived in 7 countries and traveled to over 65, many of them solo… I provide mindset coaching and support to women who have always wanted to travel solo but feel hesitation and uncertainty.

I offer custom virtual mentoring and in-person support.

For years, I lived with anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout. I felt trapped in a life that wasn't truly mine—disconnected from my body, my deeper self, and the natural world.

I tried to think my way out, but true healing came when I moved—physically and emotionally.

Pushing my limits through hiking, surfing, and adventure—paired with breathwork, meditation, and deep inner reflection—reconnected me to my strength and purpose.

Now, I am committed to guiding others on their own journey of self-discovery.

By bridging movement and stillness, I create spaces where people can release emotional blocks, reconnect with themselves, and step into a life that feels truly aligned.
